Welcome to our Coffee & Conversation event page! My name is Myriam Wright and I am the owner of Larsmont Trading Post. I created this event as a resource guide for people, like myself, who are interested in improving in all aspects of their life. From a healthy home enmvironment, to a healthy mind and body, and even financial independence, which as a busy mom of three I know how important it is to work on your own terms with your own schedule. So come grab a cup of coffee (on the house of course) and joint me at Larsmont Trading Post after hours for this private event. And the kitchen will be open if you bring an appetite. ;-)

During this free event we will spend some time talking about safe all natural solutions to those toxic cleaning products that sit in your cabinets and give you little panic attacks every time your child is out of your site for more then a minute.

We will then talk about something that we all struggle with, which is building healthy eating habits and getting fit. Not just an other yo-yo diet, but a simple new approch to eating which we can follow for a lifetime. We can do this!

And finally, we will talk about a great opportunity we have to improve on our finacial independence. If you are like me, a busy mom with a million and one things going on everyday, or if you would like to put a few extra dollars in your pocket for "fun money" each month, then you are not going to want to miss hearing about this opportunity to join a great organization.
